This Website is provided to you by Connors solely under the terms and conditions contained herein (this “TOU”). Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained herein. You may print and keep a copy of this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Severability

If any provision of this TOU and/or the Privacy Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then it shall be, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


Entire Agreement

Unless specifically provided herein, this TOU and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire understanding between you and Connors with respect to your use of this Website. In addition, Connors may, from time to time, use your Personal Information to contact you about changes or enhancements to the Connors Website or Connors’s products and services.

If you indicate to Connors that you are interested in receiving recipes, other information, newsletters or offers from Connors, Connors will send you email publications and mailings about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. If at any time you wish to end your subscription to our publications or stop receiving such information, please contact us in the manner described below.

Connors does not sell, rent or trade in Personal Information. Connors may share information with affiliated companies. Your Personal Information may be transferred to a successor entity of Connors or to any entity which purchases substantially all of the assets of Connors.
